  1. Hi folks,

    Are there any mp3 rips of the ZooTv and Lovetown Tv Specials? I know they have talking over them in parts but I would love to get hold of these on MP3?

  3. The Lovetown Special was on TV in 1989, the show centred around the Sydney show on 18/11/89, with an amazing version of Hawkmoon, Desire, God Part II etc..

    The ZooTv Special had the William Burroughs "Thanks Giving Prayer" poem on the intro to Streets, and a guy on stage during Desire asking Bono what he believed in... "I have a vison, TELEVISION!!!" It was amazing!

    I used to have them on audio tape back in the day and played them to death!

  4. I'm pretty sure Desire is on the ZooTV Sydney bonus disc so an mp3 rip wouldn't be allowed here. I do know the LoveTown special and if I had the DVD right here right now then i'd rip the audio myself but unfortunatley I don't.
  5. You're correct about the version of Desire, I'd love an mp3 of the Burroughs Prayer into Streets though! No worries if no one has it, i'll go find my old tape and get it converted to mp3...

    And God Part II comes with the U2 iPod, so it's official as well.
