  11. That was the worst game of the world cup so far. Iran were really boring just defending and hitting the long ball until towards the end when they were a little bit offensive.

    Also I much prefer the US to Iran as a country

    Here in Sweden, since we didn't qualify, one of the channels showing the WC made a test to pair everyone with a new country to support. I got the U.S.. A big newspaper kinda copied them and made a test of their own... got the U.S. there as well I also supported them before those tests.

    I really like what I saw in the beginning of the game. Offensive looks really good, defense a bit messy. Don't think it's a good idea to back down as the U.S. has done a bit. Playing pretty similar to my team Lyon, same formation with that diamond midfield with two central midfielders and then sending the wing backs quite far forward with the CDM providing additional support backwards. I really like that formation
