1. I agree with Gerard.
  2. +1
  3. Hopefully no more than a new streaming service or iTunes update that they want to promote by having a big name release available on day 1. Anything else will be a bit desperate (for U2, not Apple).

The Twitter hate is already there:

Sounds good. Apple were rumoured to be preparing their own sspotify-like service, huh? Maybe you got a point there. And it would work. And it wouldn't come through as a desperate manouver to get attention for the band. Melikes
  6. I don't know about the title of this song though, "Significant Part" seems more like a 50 Cent single title.

Haters and lovers. You have it with every artist teaming-up with some brand.

Anyway, what Gerard says is what I'm hoping for. A subtle way to promote the album with Apple's new streaming service or whatever it will be.

Can't see them coming with a new iBonoBeats-headphone with Bono's head as silhouette on each earpad..
  10. We might finally get the abillity to download all U2s previous concerts via Itunes aswell

  11. oh I Apple going to try their luck against U2Start?
Or is this a U2Start+Apple collaboration after all!
