    I really hope I didn't come across as impatient or complaining about the speed of physical mail...

    It was more along the lines of... when I first heard about the idea in August I was like "Whoa! I'm gonna watch all 8 of them all the time!"

    ...and fast forward to today, I have my hands full already, having recently acquired U218 deluxe, ZooTV Sydney, and PopMart Mexico City.

    And I realized that I had great intentions but was unrealistic in that expectation.

    tottally agreed with you!!

    and well, I must say, it's a shame and a pitty than for one reason or another some have chosen to drop out of the Vine...
    in some way I'm sad you guys signed out, but on the other hand, I'm glad it's getting closer...
    my main problem, is that I can't download all this shows wich are available on different places like torrents, etc... I don't have that much of a pc, so my only chance to get a hold on them is through this vine and hopefully others might come...
    from the beginning of the vine I was tottally aware that it was going to take a loooooong time to reach me for many reasons, first I am the last on the list, secondly, mail takes time, thirdly sometimes it's hard to be able to ship within 3 days of receiving the package ( we all have a life, responsabilities, studies, family, whatever might be everyones issue at the time)....
    thanks and I'll be waiting to hear about the Vine's actual situation!!

  6. I was just wondering...how often do you start a "vine" like this. I''m new to the vine/trade thing. I don't have any bootleg videos..just the production dvd's. The pro-shot idea sounds great. The concept of trading/sending via the mail sounds perfect for me...downloading all that video is just too difficult. Can I join the vine or go on a list for the next round of world-wide trading. Over the last year since joining U2start, I've listened to hundreds of concerts and I think my head is ready for some visuals. If anyone can help that would be great...if not I understand. Thanks.

    We'l get this one out of the way first I imagine. I don't want to make rules or not but if you PM 'Yeah' then maybe we could fit you in at the end of the list but the focus for now is getting this one ended.

    Obviously we can't start another until this one does end but it would have been nice to get the 2nd vine up and going for the new year. Maybe we'l reduce it to 5 discs or something to speed it up. I'd be more than happy to offer a few discs for the next round.

    If you do miss these discs akilak then i'll be sure to fit you into an early slot the next time around.

    Just for the record I'm: alive, waiting, in the vine, hoping, praiing, wondering, wishing and all lotta other positive things!
    I'm in for this one and for the next one (whenever it happens again).
