    I think Exit may be the only U2 song I either don't know the words to or can easily sing along to.

    I think the fact that he's been singing for over 30 years is a good justification for him having some issues. I mean, for someone his age he's got a mean set of pipes.

  8. Better than TTYW yes but other than that I would say JT is vastly superior. One Tree Hill is for me, the best song lyrically Bono ever wrote and my favourite U2 song. Exit is Dark, brooding and builds up to a frenzied and energetic climax that perfectly captures the insanity of the person the song is talking about and MoTD is a heartbreaking tribute to the victims of one of the most horrific events in recent human history. With the exception of Raised By Wolves, I don't think the second half of Songs of Innocence has that impact.
  10. I don't know if I read too much into it, but look at the title: "SON GS of innocence", with an space between SON and GS. And it's Larry Mullen's SON on the cover. Oh well, #FanaticAlienation

    I'm also coming around on the cover a lot. I think it's pretty artistic and one of their more interesting and striking album covers.
