1. I'm also glad they did not go with a super deluxe uberbox like they did with NLOTH...
  2. ^ That boxset of NLOTH was disappointing. I still have it but it wasn't worth the asking price; and it damages too easily. Least the book is nice.

I'll be going for the deluxe edition, as I usually do.

  3. Haha. CD prices have dropped quite a bit over time. And everyone is downloading them anyway instead of buying the CD. Only we, stupid fans, still buy those. While we all have the songs on our PC.
  4. I'll be going for the deluxe edition, as I usually do

I'll be going for all the versions, as I usually do.
  5. 2014-09-26> The 12-inch version of the album is now listing the bonus track as "The Crystal Ballroom (12" Mix)" - previously it was just refered to as an exclusive remix. The digital "Deluxe Version" will include the following tracks:

    Lucifer's Hands
    The Crystal Ballroom
Every Breaking Wave (from Acoustic Sessions)
    California (from Acoustic Sessions)
Raised by Wolves (from Acoustic Sessions)
    Cedarwood Road (from Acoustic Sessions)
Song for Someone (from Acoustic Sessions)
The Miracle (of Joey Ramone) (Busker Version)
    The Troubles (Alternative Version)
Sleep Like a Baby Tonight (Alternative Perspective by Tchad Blake)

    (u2wanderer.org)

according to amazon.de, the Deluxe Edition CD:
    Disk: 2
    1. Lucifer's Hands
    2. The Crystal Ballroom
    3. Acoustic Sessions (all in one?!)
    4. The Troubles (Alternative Version)
    5. Sleep Like A Baby Tonight (Alternative Perspective Mix by Tchad Blake)
  6. That new album artwork is so Achtung Baby. Love it.
  7. seeing only single cd and vinyl, no deluxe ed on amazon.com ?!
  8. Don't really like the cover to be honest, it is a bit creepy or something.

Looking forward to the deluxe edition. Hoping for a leak anytime soon
  9. leak? we waited 5 years and 6 months. I really think we can stand another 14 days (EUrope gets it on Oct 10)
  10. also from U2wanderer:

The bonus disc has an overall run time of 46:15. Bono has mentioned that "Invisible" may show up as well, and it was suggested to me that there would be a hidden track on the album (a hidden track called "Invisible"?). Adding to this speculation, Amazon in France have listed "Invisible" as part of the title of the last song. And the track timings show an overall song length of 10:27 for the last track. If "Invisible" is showing up it's likely at the end of disc two in my opinion.
•Sleep Like a Baby Tonight (Alternative Perspective by Tchad Blake) (10:27).

    Interesting!
