And yes of course, western music is not available here unless you get a permit from the ministry to release it (which you probably can't get for U2...all they will probably see is "ow dear lord, they took Salman Rushdie on the stage!!")...one of the western artists who did get a permit was Chris De Burgh later it was all taken off the shelves...no clear reason given, some say it's because he is gay (which I don't know if it is even true!).
