A little harsh to imply they're still not maybe? More polished, less raw I guess. Long speeches not a factor then. But still the greatest band alive I feel.

True..I watched Paris last sunday and watched Milan 2005 yesterday. It's a huge difference, but they're still U2. And that's their strength, progressing with the time...

Fair enough. I'll give it a watch and see. Can't really comment until I've seen it (and not had a chance to watch the LA show either, so my only knowledge of them live at that time is boots and R&H).

Paris is way better than LA. His voice during The Unforgettble Fire is stunning. 'Walk on By. Walk On Through' is like an exploasion. Awesome. The DVD feels so cheaply made to and it's awesome. You can se little kids running in the hills behind the stage etc during some songs. Its excellent

and need I mention WOWY 'and if it was good for you then it was good for me and only Love, love will tear us apart', The Unforgettabke Fire is the stand out track. Why was that ommited from R&H??

I have never read a statement by the band why did not include this or that song. So we don´t know why.

But they announced Unforgettable Fire to be on the VHS some monts before it´s release. There were 6 more songs to be put on the VHS (under them One Tree Hill, New Year´s Day, Mothers of the Disappeared).
But at the end they left the movie as it was. :-(
  12. you guys are killing me!!
Universal is not going to release the remastered deluxe version here in Argentina!!
although it's been said, that it will be availiable to purchase in some music stores, but that it will be imported, so the price is going to be near the skies!!
