At The Hydro in Glasgow, it isn't too bad. I had what were categorised as the worst seats when I saw Peter Gabriel there and the view was still pretty spectacular.
I think it was £40 for standing a couple of years ago, I'm not too sure.
Well, in a small venue, worst seats use to be decent seats anyway, you got a point there. Still it's all too expensive for my taste. It was much cheaper here, he played a 2500-only-standing in Madrid on Nov 2011 and tickets were 29€ I think (the equivalent to £25).
I wished this opened the way for a reunion, although Noel is in full throttle with his own project soooo... What's Liam gonna do now? Take singing lessons?
Unfortunately, Liam's only hope is for a reunion. His voice is shot (unless it miraculously recovered from the state it was in about two years ago) and, sadly, he really can't write a song.
I was asked to go back in June 2011 by a buddy of mine. I politely declined as I already had U2 and PJ tickets for that summer. Right or wrong, I tend to limit myself to the number of concerts I attend. I feel I chose wisely.
