    - I actually enjoyed Stuck this time. Very overplayed, but this sounded somehow fresh.

    - The others were kina boring.

    Completely agree.
  2. Gotta say if this is how they're planning on promoting the album the whole way, I'm not convinced which means non-U2 fans won't be. I already know how great this album is, but the performances aren't selling it. They're kind of boring to me EBW on piano is beautiful, but where the fuck are Adam and Larry? Could it be the classic case of U2 putting an album put before learning to play the songs? This shouldn't be the Edge and Bono show, it should be the U2 show and it's kind of upsetting to see this.

Guess what someone said to me today when I showed them the EBW piano version? "Sounds like Coldplay".
  3. "I like the Ryanair model"

Gotta love Larry in these type of interviews.

  4. Bound to happen since Coldplay invented the piano. You should play the same person "Iris", see what they think about that one. It's so Coldplay, I've put it on Mylo Xyloto, just before Princess of China.

  5. Yeah, Larry is great
  6. Tonight they'll be pre-recording The Graham Norton Show at the BBC. Tomorrow night, we'll get to hear/see them on TV. I'm guessing they will play The Miracle full band.
  7. A bit Coldplay music mixed into U2 music is not wrong, I think. As long as Chris Martin is nog going to sing leadvocals.
  8. Wanker music? No, thanks...
  9. looks like the set for the secret gig in germany will last about 20 minutes...

  10. Haha really? So that means SFS, EWB, Miracle and a lot of talk.
  11. apparently. I had hoped for a little more than that, but it's better than nothing.
  12. So Bono and The Edge are on Bbc radio 6 right now?
