  6. This has been an abosolute maddening and frustrating experience trying to order tickets through presale. I've had many attempts where I went through whole process and confirmed order only for it to spit some error message back at me at the end. Nothing but errors all around. This isn't worth it. Nor is renewing my U2 subsciption that expires at end of month.

    Both U2 and Foo Fighters are having ticket onsales today. People having issues with Ticketmaster crashing as a result. U2.com Zootopia mods are keeping people updated on Twitter. The Ticketmaster Phone App is working for U2 presale and you may have better success there.


    It's good to know for further presales! The mobile app probably uses different gateways and won't block as easily as the website servers.
