There won't be different nights as indicated earlier, at least not as rigorous as the original plan. There will be different themes and rotating sets of songs probably, but I think U2 will just decide on the spot. My 2 cents tho

Bono's recent comments, recent band interviews plus the history that U2 says these things (like we're doing it different, great plans and mixing it all up) prior to every tour and then ultimately it's the same thing.
I think they will just introduce some different themes, but not as radical as an acoustic or electric show. It's too late to do so anyway since if you do it that radical you need to give fans the option to select their prefered show.
