  1. It seems a bit odd that U2 have not announced dates in Ireland. It would not be the first time they've had problems with promoters or venues on their own turf, if of course this is the reason.
  2. I just think they are planning something special for Dublin and probably yes, another New Year's thingy. It would totally make sense to announce these as a xmas surprise this year.

    i don't think they will offer soundboards on iTunes. the small letter might be a reference, but the only main sponsor to date is UPS which makes the transporting of everything a lot cheaper for them. Though it would be awesome - get a code while entering, scan it with your phone and immediately download the show (or use a code to type in on PC). Bummer: iTunes is only lossy m4a crap.

    I think it's more to do with U2.ie - which means U2, Ireland. Think that's the play behind the letters.
  3. My tickets for the Amsterdam shows are saying not to bring any camera's or video cams. Fine of course, but U2.com asks me to add a fan review of the show along with a picture^^ luckily we have cellphones but I'll try to just make a few pictures and fully enjoy the show with own eyes.

    I think compact camera os OK as everytime everywhere...
  5. Yeah it has been the same rule for decades. As long as you don't bring your telephoto lens you should be fine. Just bring your cameras!

    Plenty of time to get a second hand ticket (or get someone buy you a ticket on general sale and then pay them on Xmas or something)... DOn't give up mister
  8. Does anyone (preferably Belgians or Dutchies) have any more tips to increase the chance on grabbin tickets on monday ? Or maybe to get access as soon as possible.

    And, which site will be used ? I've registerd to both teleticketservice and livenation.
    I'll be logging in a few minutes before 9. But for now, I don't see anything I can already do extra.

    Extra tip:
    Get as many friends as possible with different internet connections involved (I will use 3 computers, with 3 different IP addresses)

    Antwerp being one hour hour earlier is a disadvantage to me
