  4. London 3 so far, hoping to tickets for 4 on Monday. Fingers crossed - my son wants to see them. He's 12, got the new album for free and LOVED it. He's listening to U2's older stuff now, so I guess, at least in this case, getting the album out to new and young fans worked. Never mind that I've been trying to get him to listen to them for YEARS...

  9. Yep. Sumbitch. Well, it WORKED, that's the thing. Actually, I remember a few years ago, he heard FGTH'S, "Two Tribes," and said, "Dad - it's U2!" I'm going to start playing NIck Cave in the car next. But back to the topic...

  11. Vertigo is the only USA tour I have missed since 1987, and unless more USA shows are added...I won't get to go to one on this tour. I did get to 3 2009 360 shows, and 3 2011 360 shows, so I won't feel too bad, but I'm hopeful something will be added to Florida, Georgia, or the Carolinas. Alabama, Tennessee, and Louisiana always possible too. Atlanta, Tampa, and Miami have had a show on every single tour from 85 on...If memory serves me, so I should be ok, but money is tight this year. Keeping fingers, toes, and eyes crossed!@
