1. ME TOO
  2. ^ It's been too long.
  3. Although weren't a fan of vertigo tour I think Europe missed out on the indoor style where An Cat Dubh/Into the heart, the Ocean, Gloria, etc were played. Would like to see these type of songs in plus the return of a roaring Bullet linked with Standstill. Defo need the return of Pop along with the new album.

Defo no Boots, Elevation, Beaut Day and no magnificent. The only song that should return from No Line is Breathe.
  4. Ah yes, The Fly and the return of old material. Perfect.
  5. I don't think they're ever bringing this version back - which is a shame (we all love it)

Nevertheless, I don't get your "indoors = The Fly Elevation tour style" reasoning They've played the "standard" version of The Fly more times (or almost the same) indoors than outdoors actually: first 2 Zoo TV legs were indoor, as well as Elevation and the American Vertigo legs.
  6. DROP:

    GOYB (just a bad song)
    Pride (boring after the 80's)
    Sunday (boring after the 80's))
    ISHFWILF (boring after the 80's)
i Will Follow (too much heard)
Elevation (as intro for Elavtion tour was ok)
Vertigo (as intro for Vertigo tour was ok)
Angel of Harlem (if it's not with BB's Band!)
In A Little While (was good for Elevation tour)
    One (too much heard)

    BRING BACK:

Bullet the blue sky w/ Running to stand still (zoo tv style)
October / NYD (like the old days!)
Miracle Drug (just love this song)
Who's gonna ride ... (just love this song)

and some old tunes i'm missing and 'd love to hear live (again):

LIKE A SONG (just for my man Sergio !!!)
    Tomorrow
    Seconds
    A Sort of Homecoming
    Wire
    God Part II
    Hawkmoon
    Van diemen's Land
    Acrobat (of course)
    Please
    Velvet Dress
When I Look At The World

    KEEP:

    Bad (forever)
  7. As much as I love The Fly, I highly doubt they will be bringing it along. After they had "perfected" it during the Vertigo Tour, they honestly didn't have any reason to bring it back. But they decided to bring it back when the 360 Tour and their Glastonbury gig turned into an Achtung Baby reunion.

However, if The Fly were performed during this tour, it would have made an appearance during every tour since it was released (snippets included).

  8. Hahaha, love you Mr Staircase ♥ (and agree with most of your list, fwiw)
  9. Keep:
    Breathe
    Bad
Until The End Of The World
Where The Streets Have No Name

    Drop:
    Get On Your Boots
    Crazy To Night
    Sunday Bloody Sunday
    One

    Bring Back:
    October
    I Fall Down
    Kite
    Mercy
  10. Maybe off topic, but what would you guys thinks if they performed some covers ? Not only snippets, but full songs. Ofcourse they've got enough songs of their own, but from time to time I fancy a band who takes a popsong and make it something totally different. Eg Mister Cash with Hurt ; Kings of Leon cover of Dancing on my own,...

Therefore, I'd like a space for a cover.

Interesting...it definitely would have to fit the theme of the tour, like All Along the Watchtower for JT and What's Going On for Elevation post-9/11.

Here's my pick: I'd love for them to try "Word On A Wing" by David Bowie, off his "Station To Station" album. Such a spiritually-yearning, desperate prayer of a song, one that I'd love to hear Bono belt out and Edge take the piano on (maybe combine this with another song involving piano?) Definitely would fit more of the "Experience" side, I think, and it's obviously wishful thinking on my part. Maybe it's partly from loving "Space Oddity" over the PA during 360...

Happy Birthday and Rain fill the covers share of the setlist
