    And I agree. Anything below -15 or -18 ºC is insanely cold and actually dangerous for living.

  9. I prefer +25 to +27. +38 is other extreme.... both 38s (+ or -) are just to be at home with air condition...

    hehehe, I was exaggerating, of course. But if I have to be at extreme weathers, I prefer hot as hell any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
