    Don't get me wrong, I hope U2 played songs of POP, Please, Do You Feel Loved, Last night on earth, full band Wake up deadman.

    U2 brought just a few Pop songs with them on the Vertigo tour but for only a few rare performances that they didn't really feel satisfied with and seemed to have completely ignored Pop's existence during the 360 tour.

    If they were to bring back some Pop songs, they would probably only take Please, Gone, and maybe Staring At The Sun since those songs are the "safest" ones from that album. These songs were also modified after Pop was released in the form of either a drastically different single version or a "new mix."
  3. I don't think there'll be a small acoustic 2-3 songs set.

    I believe that either it'll be a larger set (more than 5 songs), or (almost) the whole show will prominently feature orchestral arrangements.

    I'll actually be very interesting in listening to the latter.
  4. Wise man, you're one of the few who realizes it would/will be really interesting to hear what they do with their older songs in a more intimate/orchestral setup Finally someone who agrees with me!

    If they are bringing an orchestra with them, I certainly hope they make the most of it.

  10. Agree, Listening to SOI, I think U2 need some extra musicians and maybe background singers to play this record well.

    Also some of the old warhorses may need a new arrangement.
