sorry alvin i didnt mean to ignore you but my dad showed up and i couldnt stay here naturally..
do you have plans today ? im not feeling well so im doing what my psychiatrist told me to do is breathe because it releases something good to my brain to eleviate my stress but it has to be big deep slow breaths to work..
No problem, I'm in the work, so I have what to do lol. No plans for today, maybe just relax when I come home and make something good for a dinner And have to try to go to sleep earlier than yesterday
Maybe try running or some excercise... it makes you breathe enough and sweat puts bad things out of your body...
when i feel like this i want to hide from society not be running into civilization, so exercise wont help unless i buy a treadmill but i have no where to put it, but i do walk laps of exercise around the house because its designed where you can walk circles lol
tomorrow should be nice as im going out with my girlfriend so i will be busy but its nice to see you here today
You don't need to care about anyone when you're running... just run Walking is good too and if there is a hot weather, sweating happens too
