1. Was that really 6 years ago? Good lord...
  2. In fact I think it's exactly 6 years ago today (Jan 26th) if I recall right Time flies, doesn't it? (pun intended on the Oasis post by dieder)

Checked it... It aired a week earlier than I thought on Jan. 19th! Then it became the first NLOTH official single on the 23rd, and the video on Feb. 6th - I messed all the dates up haha. But yeah, it's unbelievable that it's been six years already, feels like it happened last month or something.

Fuck sports! We want to hear the single! hahaha )

PS. It's also great to see most of the users who were around that morning are still around nowadays, 6 years later

Haha yeah, we all loved it...

To me it was like a train at full speed passing by : very exciting to see it coming, hits you with a lot of power when it's there, but leaves your mind as quick as it came.

Still I think the riff is VERY good. It's a waste. With proper lyrics and less small silly stuff this could've been an awesome rocker.
  5. I still think it's a solid rocker. It's got a good riff and halfway decent lyrics.
  6. its very similar to Miracle in some ways. I wouldn't mind if they played Boots next tour
  7. I wouldn't be surprised if they played Boots. Of all the NLOTH songs, Boots was arguably one of the strongest ones considering how it actually stuck around for the entire tour. I'd much rather see them play NLOTH over Boots though. Between Miracle, Volcano, and all of their older material that we would like to see back, they have a lot of rockers to choose from (Electric Co. anyone?)
  8. OMG. 6 YEARS AGO? Fuck... I feel old.
  9. I prefer the justice mix to what we actually got. A combination of the two would have been much better than the shit we got

The fact that a song lasts in its setlist spot doesn't mean it's a strong song - it might be weak but the band could be blinded and isn't able to recognise it...

(which is obviously the case, as they later acknowledged Boot's failure)
