yes, I'm aware that it wasn't possible in his past/current state it was more of a general statement than a "I want this now/why hasn't this happened?!" kind of thing. I'm sorry I didn't point that out in my original post.
  3. Maybe the video-styles for EBW and Song for Someone (if true) are actually a result of the injury. Maybe they would've featured the band if Bono was fit.
  4. Has anyone heard this yet? Where is it from?

  5. At around 2:55 it sounds slightly different to the album version with some different vocals...not really noticed much difference otherwise.

You have to wonder what was the point, really given the album version is 3:47 and this 'single mix' is 3:47.
  6. I may just get that for my 5-month old little girl! Thanks for the link!

My 2 year old girl would probably love it, too...she's a U2 fan already as we've been listening to SOI quite often over the last year. Favorite songs: Raised By Wolves and The Crystal Ballroom.

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this. But the thought of falling asleep to Raised By Wolves is both intriguing and hilarious, and possibly a little disturbing.

Also, they should release an extended version of MLK as a lullaby.
Is this the first time you listen to "lullaby U2"? Here's a playlist for ya

  10. ^ I've seen that Lullaby CD in a second-hand shop. I should pick it up for fifty cents.

Also - I've finally heard the Song For Someone radio version on the actual radio here in Melbourne. I did notice a slight drum change though before the 'yeah yeah' bits which wasn't obvious before.
