1. We'll all get excited about what they will be playing then we will see a piano and string section.... Then the piano will start. It's not been played in the US yet.
  2. They actually SHOULD'NT play EBW or The Miracle.
That's like saying "well we were out for a few months, now we're back with the same damn songs".
They should go out there and play a flat-out full-band performance that leaves everyone stunned. Crystal Ballroom stuff.

I'd agree with the miracle, but the people they're trying to win over with that performance it's the people that are not exactly aware of which songs they were playing before the accident, so I think they should go with their other singles.

But for me personally, I could never use the words "by popular demand" & "Stuck" in the same sentence (unless I was being sarcastic)

That's exactly what I was trying to be: sarcastic. We hardcore fans are pretty much tired of the acoustic Stuck in promo shows.
  5. ballroom would be so amazing live...
  6. I know it's hard, but let's try to keep this thread spoiler free, for the folks that want to "preserve their innocence" (pun intended) but still visit our forums.
  7. Nobody spoiled anything...
  8. haha, yeah I thought you might be, since you wrote "by poplar demand". That's why I mentioned sarcasm. I didn't want to say I KNOW you're being sarcastic, in case you weren't, & took offense. The internet needs a new type of font or something, just for when someone's being sarcastic, to make it easier to tell. Though I should have taken more notice of the emoji, with the tongue sticking out

I guess if we do have to hear some acoustic stuff, then I wouldn't mind it being off SoI too much. Stuff like EBW/California, which I'm not into too much either way. Those songs are most likely going to be played anyway. If they're in the acoustic set it'll leave more full band electric slots open, for stuff we really want to hear, like Mofo.

Another song that I'm over, & hope they retire is ISHFWILF. Another apt title in my view.
  9. Yeah, I hadn't noticed any spoilers. I pretty much spoiled myself re. the stage layout, by skimming over that NY Times article. But have remained relatively spoiler free about the setlist. Only have to survive on the forums for another 2 weeks, without hearing about the songs being rehearsed. Bring on Vancouver, bring on some surprises!
  10. Haven't been following much, but for Fallon next week I really hope they do something loud and energetic, and not Song for Someone. Come out swinging back into the public eye with a tour-ready arrangement of Miracle, California or Volcano or something.

+1, give me another blast of Volcano
  12. I think someone who tries to be spoiler free should avoid this thread as well since the band themselves are probably going to spoil to some extent on the Fallon performance (which will be discussed here)
