  2. random: if he ever turned up on stage as the fly or macphisto again, I'd be ecstatic yes, you could argue that time is over and it'd be silly to revisit these characters... but just for once? I'd dig that so hard


  3. Bono said on the interview today that Popmart was his favourite tour and they did try out Mofo for Vertigo !!

  4. There aren't too many songs from that album that I wouldn't be very pleased to see again. They should give the full band Staring at the sun another go and I'd love to see Do you feel loved and If God will send his angels as they never made it as far as my only two Popmart shows in Dublin

    I think about that all the time!!! Like how cool would it be if, during the encore, the lights go out, then the Zoo Baby sings that opera song and they go into Daddy's Gonna Pay with Bono walking out at Macphisto! For die hards, it would be amazing. For casual fans.... it'd be quite strange hahaha
  6. I was thinking the other day that Daddy's gonna pay & Miami are by far the wordt original songs that have ever been standards in the set but funnily enough I always sing along when they come up on a bootleg !!!

  8. Miami live was very good, much better than the album version, IMO. The Crazy remix takes that dubious "honor" for me.
  9. Yeah, the only reason the Crazy Tonight remix was an okay part of the set was because of the Discotheque snippet, but that wasn't even until 2011!!
  10. Especially as I really like the album version and felt hard done by not to get that version
  11. Cedarwood Road rehearsal sounded great
  12. I hope they don't open with Cedarwood Road.
    I'm think Invisible or even Miracle which I don't like that much would be better.
    But I do like it live from that recording but just not opening
