1. It's about time things got interesting
  2. Just what this tour needed: More California!
BTW, is Bono rehearsing his San Jose speech? ("It's good to be back in California")
  3. Not really feeling the California live version, awkward intro, weak bridge... Invisible sounded great! Should be the opener
  4. They're perfecting the song. The great news for me is that they are seriously rehearsing it. Fans were worried that it won't be played at all, like Volcano, based on the rehearsal show.
  5. yeah true, but I wasn't really a fan of the song in the first place. Sounds like a forced 'happy' song to fill the record.
  6. That Barbara Santa Barbara at the end...
  7. Originally posted by bpt3:Maybe this is ridiculously optimistic, but with no support act and an intermission built into the show...can we expect 35 songs?

Yes, and Bono serving free ice-cream at the end of the show.
  8. Oh no, i have an Lactose intolerance. Could end up Ugly.
  9. I am kinda tired of them playing the same hits. I can do without going to see them play Still Haven't Found, Pride, Vertigo, Beautiful Day. How about Rejoice? A Celebration? Red Hill Mining Town or Drowning Man? Indian Summer Sky? Wire? But that's just me I guess
  10. It's not "just" you, loads of fan share your opinion... But the band doesn't, so
  11. They just can't drop it. They're too worried about being relevant and these are relevant songs. If they can't sell up their albums, they have to keep being relevant "using" their live shows, so if someone who's not a big fan like us go to a gig and see only rare songs and no big hits, he or she would blame the band for that...
