1. WTF, do they have a touring priest?
  2. Well Jack Heaslip provided spiritual guidance to them in the past but he sadly passed away in February.
  3. Here's a twitter account of a Martin Wroe guy who is retwitting the countdown to the tour... "Poems, stories, prayers. Improvising with the living. Burying the dead. 'Trying to get to heaven before they close the door...'"

A quick google search, there's a Martin Wroe guy who's associate Vicar in St Luke's parish.

And a Martin Wroe, that has written some books:
    Books

Not sure if the same guy or not...

Anyway, I think is pretty cool that they've always carried their own priest/spiritual guide along with them...
  4. I didn't know they did It's nice... in a way. Will Adam speak to him? lol
  5. Regarding the tour program book... Wow, it's really nice. Maybe the nicest I've seen ever (besides the nostalgia of seeing a Zoo TV program or something):

Innocence side is b/w, muted photos, uncoated paper. Experience is glossy pages, bright colors.

  6. New countdown vid, with The Real Thing in the background
  7. You Varnish your Nails, Sergio?
  8. I want a tour program! NICE!

His son Elijah will play the young Bono in a film accompanying the show, which will also feature his old bedroom.
He said the bedroom in 10 Cedarwood Wood represents the “incubator” that every teenage boy’s bedroom is. “You will see me as a teenage boy in that bedroom. It will look like me, but it will not be me. It will be my son Elijah.”

The Edge said playing the full show in Dublin wouldn’t make sense. “It would be a terrible venue for it. We won’t be able to bring this particular show to Dublin, but we’re definitely going to be doing Dublin. We just haven’t figured out how.”
