    Despite my girlfriend finding it very violent and graphic, she found it to be a great film. I wasn't so bothered by it. I thought Javier Bardem was absolutely convincing as a deranged killer. In fact, all the performances were top-notch! Definitely the best film I've seen to come out this year. I was a little bothered that it took place in Texas (where I'm from) and it seemed too real to NOT have happened.

    But "Into the Wild" (by director Sean Penn) is excellent, too! And Eddie Vedder's soundtrack makes it better. I can completely relate to the main character's desire to explore the US without the luxuries he grew up with:

    Awesome film made of surreal non-sense jokes that makes me laugh every single time I watch it. Recommended
