  2. can't believe the circus is gonna start all over again in 4-5hs despite two short naps today and a monster headache, I'm surprisingly not really tired (been basically awake since yesterday 10am)... don't think I can make it through another night, though so have fun without me this time!

    I have been awake since 3.30 Uk time. Really tired but watching the footage on Youtube, great opening show. Will stay up tonight too.

  6. I'll be awake, but I'm not sure if completely ignoring my wife two nights in a row ("buy some milk? sure, just wait a couple of hours, honey" *puts headphones back again - pretends not to listen any recriminations) is a sound strategy.

  9. Why do they keep teasing us with a Mofo snippet ? During 360 it also was included in COBL during some shows..
    I'm not really impressed by the new songs actually, Miracle isn't a very strong opener imo, SFS and EBW, the acoustic version, are boring as hell, Iris and Cedarwood were great but The Troubles sounded like Bono was struggling how to sing it. Will get better probably, I hope they will play Volcano, Reach Me and California too, Sleep Like A Baby wouldn't work live I guess.

    And am I the only one who think its strange seeing Bono perform in a jacket like that one? He looks like a lawyer or something like that.

    No, not the only one...

    I liked Bono's look in the promo pics... but it really doesn't work in the show.
    Macphisto was that old retired rock star doing shows in Las Vegas, that's what Bono looks like. Hair, suit, rings and mannerisms combined seem a bit off to me.

    (He looks like he was just passing by on his way to a dinner and he stopped to play a couple of songs without caring too much.)
