1. that actually would sound fair enough to me
  2. while I'm at it , also think that "the troubles" would be a great hit for next singles release if not then "raised by wolves" imho..
  3. EBW may do an "inverse Staring-At-The-Sun-Popmart", starting with piano versions but switching to full band in later shows.
  4. I'd love if that happens, but I'm afraid it'll be more like Crazy Tonight in the 360 - they're playing a different version than the one in the album and have already built a whole moment of the show around this new version, I don't think they'll change it.
  5. things might change when they'll hit Europe...who knows what's gonna happen after a month off

I sadly have to agree with you I'm afraid we will never get to hear a full band, electric EBW unless we listen to the album or to a cover band.

I hope they prove me wrong!
  7. With or Without You is sounding a bit lame. Just sing it properly man. The weakest out of all the classics.
  8. Hands that built America into Bullet would be pretty special.
  9. It's been the weakest of the classics for a pretty long time now, at least for me. During 360 is wasn't anything special.

Further back than that even. Glastonbury was decent but it is just so lifeless nkwdays. Might need a bit of 'One' tratement.
  11. Not counting the songs from SOI, last night's concert consisted of all singles, except two (Until The End of The World and Bullet The Blue Sky). So there's that.... Everyone's been raving about When Love Comes To Town (myself included) and it's probably because they haven't played it since 1993! As much as I would like them to sack up and play at least one or two different songs, they dont even have to be rarities at this point, the very least they can do is play California, Volcano, This Is Where You Can Reach Me Now, Sleep Like A Baby Tonight, and The Troubles instead of extremely boring renditions of With Or Without Snooze, Beautiful Dull, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking Bore, and City Of Boring Lights. Pride isn't bad because it got a huge rest during 360. Right after Bullet, the show takes a nose dive, with the exception of Streets. Sorry for the rant, but I woke up, took a look at the set, saw that they didn't play the Troubles, and then puked.
  12. hahaha, amazing rant Marty! I guess most fans will agree with you, it just sucks that they ain't trying all the new songs before diving into boring versions of some classics that have been played to death. Anyway, the tour has just started, let's give them some time!
