  3. Today I'm running a half marathon (21 kilometers). It will get tough.

  6. Thanks! I survived too. A bit bummed by my time of 1 h 45 min 14 sec though... 14 seconds more than my goal. Still pretty satisfied though

    Well done mr trek, I'm so unfit, I could walk for many many hours but as soon as I start running alot I feel like I'm dying lol

    had family over for dinner last night, went to bed and left the heater on lol just forgot but no fire
    luckily well kinda, that i only slept 2 hours last night worried about things and the sugar i should not have had before bedtime although in the 2 hours of sleep i had, i had a real bad nightmare then afterwards i had an awesome dream at the circus so i felt much better afterwards thank God...
