As for the fan onstage I didn't think Bono seemed upset, more amused. Larry was the one who didn't want any part of it.
There were a few good moments that I wouldn't have noticed being further away (and wish I had caught on film). Bono's face when he screwed up the piano in Sweetest thing is one and the other was during Blinding Lights. Edge accidentally got the head of his guitar stuck in the cables that the lights were hanging from along the walkway and then proceeded to laugh to himself about it.

I wonder if they'll ban him (Bono) of continue getting fans on stage. I can see them telling him that that's a no-no from now on. (or at least fans larger and heavier than them).
