Just had it this morning - lots of U2 stuff I got. The Joshua Tree Deluxe edition (love the Electric Co with the guy Bono pulls up on stage and lifts him into the air), the How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb Deluxe edition, Under A Blood Red Sky video-cassette and a ZooTV Australia shirt.

    Very nice stuff.

    Very nice stuff indeed
  4. I accidentally downloaded the Washington 92-08-16 video (believe it or not, it was an accident!! I had found it, but it wasn't supposed to get downloaded at that time, I look at the monitor in the morning and it's already downloaded 50% ...and I'm like WTF? )
Anyways...first time I hear/see this...WHAT THE HELL's wrong with the edge during NYD?!!

  5. Santa bought me one of these. It is absolutely stunning. I thought that because of it's size it would sound like a glorified alarm/clock/radio thing but it's blown me away. The volume is astounding. So fecking loud and the sound remains amazingly clear right up until full volume. You can flick through coverflow and your iPod menus using the remote control. It is pricey (£200) but if you have an iPod then this comes with the highest rate of approval I can give. Try one and I bet you buy it. Stunning.
  6. That looks pretty good too Gerard, have fun with it

    No Santa here

I'll watch it and see - it's a great video as well. Best of ZooTV out of the entire lot (better than Adelaide) in both audio and video.

Hey, that NYD performance has always carried us to discussions. Some people say "Oh, it's great, played in a raw and rough way, it's fantastic". I think it's pure crap.

    And the earphones?..

Hello to all!!!!! How was Christmas Day?? I loved it! I spent the time at my brothers place, with the entire family, who got married 3 months ago. He's got a 20 inch Plasma TV, so I definately wanted to see Slane Castle on that thing.. So I brought the Slane DVD with me and hell yeah..spent the whole afternoon watching Slane on a 20 inch Plasma TV and a 5.1 Dolby Surround Theater System..heaven on earth

And there's even more: my brother was a fan already, but I lately converted the whole family into U2-fans. For the next tour, my parents, my 2 brothers and my sister-in-law will join me to go to U2!!! Never was able to even dream about that!

    Good luck to you all!

    OMFG!! Best Xmas present ever!!

Yesterday was great here. I spent 6 hours listening/watching/singing/playing U2... And I couldn't ride my new Mountain BIKE (Santa Clausssss ) because of the 30 cm of snow on the streets... Today snow hasn't fallen yet, so maybe tmorrow I can ride the bike!!
