I'm one of those people. Studio version is very boring, but (like many U2 songs) Bono's emotion transforms it when played live.

    That's true.

Happy? no, I hate that now the burger tastes like broccoli, but whatever, I'll have the burger anyway.
I'd love it if he said the speech BEFORE Mother & Child Reunion, but apparently nobody is suggesting that to him personally. So, I'll try to enjoy the broccoli this tour.

Did you just compare Streets to a burger
  4. And about being played for future tours...
The ones that survived from the past are mostly hits. The others tell a story.
Since they're telling the innocence-experience story right now and there aren't any realy hits (although good songs), I doubt there will be survivors.

Iris has quickly become my favorite song on the album. The live performances have been so strong that I can never see myself getting sick of it.

Iris = so-so in studio, great live
Miracle = mediocre in studio, great live
SFS = so-so in studio, ok live
Wave = great in studio, ok live

Agree except on Miracle. For me studio is better than live
  7. I disagree. Miracle has grown tremendously in these shows and it's just getting better and better.
  8. Yes . I think it grown but i feel it can be better. I like the first time they played :

  9. You know that's audio from the studio-version right...?
The real first performance was just awful
  10. Yeah, Miracle has come a long way from that Apple performance.
  11. Or the acoustic performances that didn't make any sense.
