1. So stats for 6 shows yields 6 sellouts. Not bad by any measure.

  3. fun idea with the phone on stage and the footage being shown on the video screen and streamed on the internet (http://meerkatapp.co/u2/c2f67f4d-d618-46ff-9ad8-5e355f0b0eb4) but no way to watch/download it later? that's pretty stupid. who waits for those few minutes of crappy mobile phone footage? but on the other hand it would be nice if I could get hands on this unique footage for my Cologne and Paris multicam mixes...
    anyone capturing these streams?
  4. I'm reading the U2 Rolling Stone compilation and in the article written around the time of PopMart they mention how Streets has a techno groove and that Bono would like Stephen Hawking to do a part for the song. I thought that was really interesting given that he is a part of the show now!

  5. So when you are at the center of the short sides you aren't able to see anything on the screens? WTF? There aren't even small screens?
  6. That's correct. I've seen some very small screens high up on some photos though.
  7. Well, I won't see anything then
  8. But you will be very close to the E-stage. One of my shows is also seats at the same spot the guy who took that photo sat, hoping to make similar great photos and see them up close at the E-stage..

They are playing something like 15 minutes on the E-stage? Bono walks there sometimes I guess, but I won't be able to see anything on the screen......

Maybe they will make some changes in the break between the US and Europe but this doesn't look very good. Its also such an unlikely thing to do for U2, they could've at least announced the stage before the tickets were out.
  10. If it wasn't a birthday present I would have put them on sale.
  11. There is indeed a small screen high above the e-stage...

Strange sightings for most of the show... Imagine yourself looking to Invisible from that point of view

I've been lucky ; first I've had tickets there as well, but something went wrong during the payment and they transferred me to the left.
