There is a video out there of a fan asking about it and Bono only replies after Denver. I'm guessing it will debut in America. There's still a five night, four night and eight night stand left.

Yeah, I can definitely see it happening in Chicago or NY. It's only a 4 minute song (and recently written) to rehearse, it's not like they were rehearsing the complete Hamlet play or the October album in full... They don't need a fucking month to rehearse a 4 minute song.

I can't !! In Paris (I think) at the start of ZOO TV he said it's great to be back in a country that has a history of more than 200 years !!
