1. I like it, but I wouldn't mind if it wasn't there, although I can't see why it bothers so much to many fans (I'm talking about the Santa Barbara intro, not about Daddy Cyrus )

I agree is basically garbage, though (yeah, now I'm on the Cyrus).
  2. I think he is very happy beacuse Miley´s money ( off topic)
  3. Yes, let's go back to the topic at hand...would be a terrible thing for this thread to develop into something about Miley Cyrus

I just listened to the busking version again this morning, from the deluxe edition, and liked it quite a bit!
  4. Don't tell my heart, my achy breaky heart. I just don't think it'd understand. So if you tell my heart, my achy breaky heart. It might blow up and kill this man.

    or something.......

There's a busking version of California? Or is this the same as the acoustic version?
  6. On the deluxe

I love the intro. Sounds like something off of Zooropa or Pop.
  8. I also love that huge synth in the chorus.

    That's right, come at me.
  9. I'm usually a synth hater but I've come to like the California chorus synth after listening to it full sound, windows down while driving through a southern Cadiz road besides the Atlantic Ocean...
  10. Let's be real though. California, complete with the Santa Barbara intro, is by far the best song to be listening to during any drive. Whenever I'm driving along the San Diego coastline it feels so right.
  11. It could've been a huge single in a different era. I don't think it would've worked this time even if they had released it as a single.

Live is not that great because it needs more crowd singing along to it. So far it sounds weaker than it should.
