  1. After being at nights 3 and 4, I'm still blown away! I posted briefly after night 3 and agree with the thoughts already posted by Matt and Dylan from the shows they've attended, so I won't go into much detail here again, though it's great to be able to process everything here with people who are enjoying this, too! A few more thoughts, then, before night 5 (which I won't be at, although would love to make the drive back tomorrow night!)

-Definite highlights for me between the two shows were Gloria, Cedarwood Road, UTEOTW, and The Crystal Ballroom. Wow!!

-This show has incredible transitions between songs. Iris into CR, RBW into UTEOTW, EBW into BTBS, into Hands/Pride, all so good! The only transition that doesn't work so well is COBL into Streets (although I do like the little cover of Mother and Child Reunion).

-I was 4-5 rows back on the floor by the E stage for night 4, and it was amazing how close to the band we were. It felt even closer than when I was front row during 360 East Lansing, because that stage was higher up to accommodate the bridges to the circular catwalk. My advice for GA would be go for the E stage - so much fun to be right there in the action with the band playing those songs from the end of EBTTRT through EBW! Plus Bono wanders down there all the time, and occasionally Edge and Adam.

-With that said, having seats for night 3 allowed me to really appreciate the screen much more than night 4. We couldn't really tell what Bono was doing inside the screen during Cedarwood Road when were in GA, even though it still looked cool. A totally different kind of feel based on seats vs. GA.

-Overall, the whole "narrative" of the show, from the I stage to the E stage and then back again = brilliant and powerful.
  2. Here's a neat idea

    Bad

Where the Streets (at the end Edge keeps repeating the chime)

City of Blinding Lights (Edge keeps repeating the chime from Streets)

    All I Want Is You

@bpt3 Where on the front row were you for 360 East Lansing? I was just off center of front and center on the rail.

I like it! Reversing Streets and COBL and adding a couple extras would beef up the encore more, allow them to keep the Mother and Child snippet, and I like the "chime" repeating suggestion!

At East Lansing I was left of center, Edge's side!
  4. You might be in my pictures.

    I'll look.
  5. Funny! I should clarify, I was clearly on Edge's side of the stage, not really "center" at all, but yeah we were right against the rail. Awesome show, coming right after Glastonbury.

Anyway, crazy how much closer to the band it seemed even being 5 people deep by the E stage! And oh, the camaraderie. When Bono announced they were playing the Crystal Ballroom there was a lot of high-fiving and cheering with total strangers! Love it.
  6. COMMMMMFORRRRT MEEEEEEEEEEEEE

is one of my favorite parts of the show!
  7. I will be in GA for the last show in Chicago. I will try to stream on meerkat again. Look for @dlcoachnash on twitter. I bought an extended battery pack that should allow me to get most of the show, hopefully all of it.

It really is one of the best moments of the show. Great connection to UTEOTW
