Still hoping to get Volcano and California as well as NYD (it's gotta come out eventually, no?) and AIWIY - two songs I haven't witnessed live since 1992. Am assuming they'll close with One which is fine by me.
One is a safe bet tomorrow (unless they try out "40" which would be a surprise for a city with just 2 shows, or a totally different song, which would be an even bigger surprise), not so sure about NYD. If you want to see it then I want you to see it, but I wouldn't bet my bucks on it. I think Ordinary Love and California/Volcano might be the chosen ones!
  2. I paid to see u2!

Well, it'll likely be Electric Co (or possibly Gloria) i the #2 spot but I think NYD would work okay there....it might also work well in place of UTEOFW (which the crowd absolutely loved).

I am really hoping for the new tunes. Still shocked the Volcano and California are "regulars."
  4. Hoping for Gloria and 40 tomorrow night. Man tonight was awesome.
  5. Hey whoever does the u2start Instagram liked my picture! I'm xand__b
  6. Had a blast by myself! The crowd (at least in my section) was not very good. I was standing and singing the whole time. A couple able 4 rows ahead were also singing. And bless the usher. She was more into the show than most of the people in the section who paid to be there.

The show sounded good though! I think the sound was better on 360 though but the band are having more fun here.

The Desire thing was great. U2 loved it and Bono's jokes were great.

Out Of Control aND Bad?! Yaaas!!

Elevation is my favorite U2 song but I heard it twice on 360. Didn't care about tonight- a whole different story when they played it though!!

My Mom saw Elevation and Stuck so it would seem like she is going to get two others tomorrow night.

I am hoping for Volcano. And All I Want Is You. PLEASE !!

  8. I just woke up and listened to the mixlr-stream my computer was able to record...at the very end of the show Bono seems to say "Long live John" - it gave me shivers

(There is this very important connection between John Lennon and Bono: John lost his mother at the age of 17, or 18)
  9. ...and, regarding John Lennon, there is the fact that "U2's first concert in Canada is full of emotion after John Lennon's murder the previous night and receives very positive reviews," acording to u2gigs.

    (But you guys already knew...!)
