    Hi I have been following the process of this vine as I was early on the list re the Adelaide problem if you check back on the earlier comments there has been a bit of a prob with this disc.
    I was not able to copy it neither could the person before me. I wasnt fussed as I had sourced a copy without menus. I did warn the person next in the vine but he didnt confirm back to me if he was able to burn this.


  2. If it's the menu that doesn't copy, I had the same problem. Use DVD Shrink and use Re-Author Mode, select the biggest video there and burn. That's how I got past it - it seems to be the menu at fault from how many times I've traded this disc.

    Other programs that work and methods are DVD Decrypter (in ISO Read > Write Mode), Nero 6.x (with Express to Copy DVD) and also AnyDVD (Rip DVD to Hard Disk). If all those programs fail then it's definitely the disc that wasn't burnt correctly - or your burner can't read the disc. It happens to me with certain 'cheap' brands.

    All discs were in excellent condition when I started the vine.
    I copied the discs for the vine from my own discs, so all are definitely burnable.
    You guys should have contacted each other long time ago, if you didn't do it and don't get an answer now within 72 hours, please contact the next person on the list.

    evman, please check if you still have the missing disc. if so, please send it to otero1212 as soon as possible.

    Well argyle_g told me about it he aslo said he had tried to contact PonchoVilla before him about it but had no reply, I informed NoamTG about it but had nothing back to say that there was a problem I cant remember if I used nero7 or PowerDVD to do my copying it probably was my method and maybe the same for argyle_g as well everything else was perfect maybe we were just unlucky with it.

    I did make a mention of this in this thread page 5 quote number 2.

  6. Hi Everyone. As Chatts99 has said Adelaide 93 would not copy on my system and apparentlyly not on his not really sure why I have since downloaded a version and it seems to lose band visual around NYD until TRYING but not sound this might explain problems with the DVD in the pack . Shame thread this has had a few problems as it has traveled the world but the content themselves is superb. My first initial though was how to get them all done in reasonable time and I thought my 4-5 days was long. Please do not be put off from starting / signing up for the next one

    pretty good news!!!! It's a shame there's a DVD missing... and it's also a shame that there's one that for some reason copies couldn't be made......
    but at least it's on the move!!! and very very close!!!

    I don't think it's the fact to have 'only active posters' included but surely those that are at least reliable should, I hope, get a chance to participate. I'm worried about being part of it, in case I send it on and the next person says they never received it - then I'm held accountable for the discs.

    The rules are gonna be a lot stricter next time.
