U2 just take the studio tracks and have a computer program put random overdubs and mistakes into the tracks, and change the key slightly. They then lip sync to the tracks.
Luckily this tour Dropbox got hacked, which is where they stream the tracks from, and a fan got a hold of them. They are around, just ask someone to pm them to you
Hi there, please be patient! Please give tapers a few weeks to get their recordings together and share them. Sometimes it may even take months or years in some rare occassions.
Also, requesting it is of little point since when it becomes available you'll see it popping up
