Courtesy of Triple M Melbourne this morning we have a nice tour rumour.

Nui Te Koha stated in his regular slot on Triple M's Hot Breakfast with Eddie McGuire that a U2 tour announcement was imminent in the next "couple of weeks"- slated for March 2016. Nui indicated that the tour would be in arenas- not stadiums. You can find the podcast on the Hot Breakfast Page with Nui's comments in the last minute of the July 15 2015 podcast.

Triple M is also running a Song for Someone promotion which includes a prize of seeing U2 in NY's famous Madison Square Garden.

We will keep you posted to any official news as we or if we get it."
LOL. They better announce the winner of that SFS contest pretty quickly!
  2. another arena tour? is this likely?
  3. my guess is it would just be for australia/new zealand. it would be more cost effective for them to do arena residencies there than it would to take a stadium set-up over there. if this is true, these will probably be first dates back for 2nd leg they'll use these to fine tune for stadium leg...
  4. from the archives.....earls court now being sadly demolished
  5. Bombay Bicycle Club were the last band to play at it last December, now it's being made way for housing. Definitely a sad moment.
  6. So sad. So many great concerts (not only by U2) took place there.
  7. i saw radiohead there....
