Tour: Innocence and Experience tour
Songs played: 27
Audio recordings: 1
  1. back on the net for 30 mins
couldnt help but read your disagreements
and i have to say i agree with bpt3
if alot of rarities were played in one show
all the time i would feel lost and
then my mind would not feel so blown away
    but overwhelmed instead lol
    call me strange
    however i must stress importantly
i think one or two is needed very much
    so and plenty to suffice
    and like bpt3
i too am also jealous you
    have been able to attend
    so many shows
but im planning on switching'' that
so there is no need to worry
there wont be lost time apart
    from these shows
    because i wont be happy
till im free to do so
    meanwhile im happy
    to stay home and join
    the setlist parties only
    instead of flying
    across the seas on my
own with no-one by my side
    rather wait till they are
    on my home soil
  2. I missed a lot of U2's live years so each show I went to was me trying to catch up on lost time.
  3. for starters if i had alot of money i wouldnt mind from the beginning sneaking around to all the u2 shows i could get to if i were old enough lol there would be
deprivation on my part like most this
mixlers do it and would be so much honest fun
but for that time passes and have to settle down
    especially when you have dependant
and it also becomes a hassle after a while not settling and being broke lol
happy to make up for it when my dependant is self sufficient..
  4. Seems U2 replaced "concert" with "show" starting with ZooTV. Yet they still managed to make the Elevation tour feel like a "concert" instead of a "show".
  5. why is that and why do you say that ??
was elevation not really entertaining so you call it a concert instead of a show

A show is a play or a movie. A concert is music without requiring theatrics.

Elevation was a concert. It delivered every night and I could feel it.

Some people will just never be happy. Your loss.
  9. No, it's your loss as you lack an appreciation of their whole body of work. If it was left to you, U2 would only play the same 25 songs each tour.
