1. I'm with you. Think SFS is the With Or Without from the SOI.
It would make all the difference if it was played way back in the show,
perhaps even in the encore. Or followed by Bad (that'll teach 'em!).
Anyway, I have the t-shirt and I'm proud to wear it!
  2. And to me SFS is together with California are the only skippable songs from SOI Everyone has different tastes, which is awesome...
  3. I should've closed this topic long time ago, when California was still there.

Everyone def has diff tastes BUT I'd say that those 2 songs are stronger than the skippable songs on past albums. Which is awesome.

  5. I think live performances helped a lot!!! The combination between performance, lyrics, screen, all of it... is a great song of course, but I believe if wasn't the live performances the song never could win this game, but of course could to do a good result, but not win
  6. oh yes!! and live performances helped a lot of fans to know the real meaning of the song
  7. I like SFS, specially the live version. I get Sergio's point about "snooze" and all but the lyrics are quire passionate and it goes well with the story of the album...gotta see it as Bono finding refuge with Ali after Iris. The only part I don't like that much is the chorus.

    Agreed.
But I thought this was about studio versions?
