1. Thought a separate thread would be better as it is tour, album and general band related.

Just downloaded to my iPad and it seems quite interesting. Will add some take aways to this first post later. For one the author once again states the tour will continue into 2016. And Bono plays some Songs of Experience tunes from his phone, labelled as "NotUs":
    - Civilisation
    - Instrument Flying
    - The Little Things That Give You Away
    - Much More Better (acoustic demo, deals about his accident, "I only sing to prove that I'm here")

Already updated the Songs of Experience topic with more song titles and lyrics, extracted from the interview.

    Anyone else seen it already?
  2. I saw the new titles, they're pretty interesting. Thanks for posting!
  3. The only weird thing is they print a photo from Montreal and then label it as Bono "being adored by the Boston crowd"

    Fail
  5. Another interesting quote:

"We'll never spend four-and-a-half years writing and recording a record again. Those days are gone."
    Larry Mullen jr.

and I'm not sure if I believe...
  9. That quote can be interpreted in two (very different) ways.
    1) they arent happy with having spent over 5 years between albums and seriously want to shorten that time for future releases, or...
    2) they wont record more albums since its been taking them longer and longer each time and its not acceptable for them

In the context of the interview, it definitely means 1.
