  1. Got an email that my vinyl has been shipped!!!

  2. I wonder could any of the vinyl + record player owners here please digitize Bono's talk and share it here (or on YouTube if that's ok?)?

    Or is it available anywhere already?

I have changed address, and Country, a few months ago, then tried to update my data on the U2.com website, failed (the old data appeared every time I logged in again), sent U2.com email after email asking to please fix the problem, received no answer, had the record sent to the old address in the UK... :-//

    To cut a sad story short: would anyone know how to get hold of the U2.com customer service...?

    Thanks in advance! (If no way, I'll just open a new account next time...)
  5. I have tried changing personal details (aka birthday) a few times with no success, and I emailed them regarding this a few times with no success. Poor. I feel you.

    Have you ever tried logging in through a different web browser and changing the details?

    Just a suggestion.

  9. I have change my address a few months ago and had no problem no update at u2.com.. (using chrome) and received the vinyl last week..

  10. Mine arrived today. Love it (Love all early live U2 stuff !!) but strange hearing Bono talk about Twilight on disc 4 when neither that or the title track, Another time another place, are included

    I thought Google Play Music fucked up and gave me a live version from Holland
