I would have discussed with them, saying it is officially allowed to use point and shoot cameras, plus all the others are using mobile phones to take pictures. Idiots.

  5. I think Boston July 11 is even better - I'd rank that one as the best recording to date.

they came to me three times, because I didn't put it away immediately in the hopes they'd forget about it, but they were watching me like a hawk. I told them it doesn't have a removeable lense, but the zoomed out lense probably alarmed them. I tried to tell them security saw the camera and let me pass, so why deny me the use now? they apologized and said they didn't know, but I had to put it away. using my mobile phone would be fine (stupid, as a phone can broadcast, but hey, I guess a picture for my private memory is worse)... I didn't want to get pulled aside, so I did listen eventually :/

@dutch: I only got two short vids, nothing you could likely use, I was still trying to get the hang of it then.

    Send them anyway
  8. So maybe the cam just looked too big to not be suspicious. I got busted using my monopod, after that they didn't bother me again when I filmed the rest of the show.
  9. I use the Sony RX100

I was unlucky in that I sat right next to the entrance to the block, they could see me perfectly after the couple sitting next to me by the stairs left after three songs (yes, you read correctly).

@dutch: lol ok I'll look into it this weekend.
