  4. I've had my 30G iPod for about 2.5 years now, and it works great....although the display started to go a while back, so this is what it looks like now. It looks like this whenever the backlight is on, so watching movies on it is completely out of the question. (It looks perfect when the backlight shuts off....)

    You know what that is, don't you? Leaking from the motherboard onto the LCD screen.

    Apart from the LCD, it's looking pretty well.

  7. i used to have a 30gb apple ipod video but last week i upgraded to 80gb ipod video. no point in posting a picture, you know what it looks like.

    No actually, I wasn't sure what it was, so thanks for the explanation! It started out really small, and then has pretty much stopped spreading past this point. I can live with it, as it still plays music fine.
