  6. Yes, Amsterdam 89 due to Bono's voice problems. Two concerts were rescheduled at the end of the tour, and moved to Rotterdam in early 1990.
  8. How long will it take to get everyone inside and seated?
  9. Possible curfews and licensing issues now though given the time.
