If the threat was indeed against Bono, which I so hope it was not, I fear for the future shows in terms of security nightmares, and the accessibility we have so enjoyed with Bono and the band all along. One crazy person can change so much, let's hope this wont. Feeling so sad now. Just want them all to be safe.

  5. No matter who the threat was against, that a man can walk in with a gun is serious shit. This will have its impact on the rest of the tour.

    I don't think the band will change much just because of one man. They are not like that. But then who knows, in these times..

    Exactly. If you want a guarantee you must not hold the show. There's no way you can strip search and metal detect every attendee. It already takes two hours for 300 people in an airplane..

  12. Expressen still reports today the reason why the police acted is due to a threat to Bono.

    Also they have made up a report about a violation of the gun law. I guess they must've arrested someone in order to do that but that it doesn't say.
