  1. You know... about Heath Ledger... this is River Phoenix all over again. As what Bono said about Michael Hutchence, "I think he was in a black hole that he could not see himself out of..." Either that, or he just plain OD'd.

    Either way, why must too many people feel the need to burn out before they fade away? He could have had a great career... now we'll never know.

    EDIT: I'll be seeing U2 3D tomorrow as well.

    Well, the directors guild signed a contract and the hope is that it will urge the writers to take the same one....they're back to the negotiating table for the first time since early December, so that's good. Yes, I'm seeing the 9:30pm show here, and I'll try and write a detailed review as soon as I get home. Sooooo excited!

    good to see some movement there. The Golden Globes was some show wasn't it. What do you reckon about the Oscars?

    I'm really hoping that they'll have it resolved by then. Though the executives at this studio told us otherwise, I'm losing my job because of the writer's strike, which just plain sucks. PLEASE resolve this soon. That's my take.

    Don't know... but I bet there will be more willingness to talk after the scary disaster that was the "Golden Globes."
