1. nice setlist, glad you enjoyed it!

East of the Sun is such a underrated record (possibly even their best) so it's cool they're playing songs from it again

I wasn t on my 100% but i really enjoyed the show . The band sounded amazing .( great drummer) . Morten seems to be very happy and he showed it ( and you know that is not very usual in him . The last time they were here he wasn t so nice and happy) even he spoke a lot .Magne was very kind as always. They were very pleased by the crowd .Here ( and what i know in Brazil too) they have a lot of fans ( i don t know why they played just one night ) and you know about South american crowd and our madness i don t know if they have the same reception in Europe .
    The setlist was :

    The Wake
    I've Been Losing You
    Cry Wolf
    Stay on These Roads
    Move to Memphis
    Scoundrel Days
    Crying in the Rain
    We're Looking for the Whales
    Sycamore Leaves
    Hunting High and Low
    The Swing of Things
    Early Morning
    You Are the One
    Forest Fire
    Soft Rains of April
    Foot of the Mountain
    Encore:
The Sun Always Shines on T.V.
    Under the Makeup
    The Living Daylights
    Encore 2:
    Take on Me

Highlights : Perfect and classics version of Stay on These Roads and Crying in the Rain . Morten´s voice was on fire , the band sounded perfect .

Lowlights: I expected more songs ( maybe 4/5 more) and Take on me wasn t that stronger like the last time. I wished they played Rolling Thunder and Non stop july ( love both)

They started at time that they were annuonced. 100 minutes of music and i hope they come back at then end of the tour again

I've seen this setlist last week and now I'm full of expectations. hope they don't let me down.
Last time they came in 2010 Morten was with a sore throat and the concert here in Recife was almost cancelled. they didn't played a lot of songs that were previously on the printed setlist.. I guess about 5, including The Swing of Things, which is the one I most wanted to see live. After that I've seen 3 more concerts in Europe, but they didn't played either.. and now.. it suddenly appears.

I watched Rock in Rio concert last sunday and.. I don't know, I think his voice was a bit strange...

absolutely amazing Sycamore Leaves on the set!

  5. The Swing of Things was amazing ... sure they will play in a very good form !

If they were U2 i will criticize because they played almost the same show 5 years later ,but it was ok for me . this was what i was looking for ...(+ Waiting for Her, Cold River, Rolling Thunder and Non Stop July )

but they played Nonstop July 5 years ago, no?
I wish they played Rolling Thunder as well!

the setlist has 20 songs, I remember they played 13 songs on the concerts I've seen 5 years ago.. at least is something because they didn't change nothing at all at the brazilian tour/2010 - except for Recife and Fortaleza, when Morten was sick and they didn't played some songs.. (but yeah, if it was U2 I would be complaining too!)

really? I didn't follow their concerts before "ending on a high note tour" (funny guys...), so I don't know exactly what is a rarity for them..

    but I've seen it

  9. Which show did you go and they play just 13 songs ?
  10. I meant that from the Argentinian setlist - with 20 songs, I've seen 13 songs live. So, it's not completely the same setlist from last tour.. it's ok, I guess

but the 2 songs from this new album...
    did you like them?
