1. Very hard, it depends on the person. +1

For the most "rockers"... Bullet the Blue Sky... for a person who like Love Songs / Ballads: So Cruel...for a person who like pop music: When I Look at the World and for a person who only want to enjoy the sound, or a person who you don't know his musical taste... Where the Streets Have no Name... just that intro can hypnotize someone that will listen U2 for the first time

  2. Saw what you want, but the numbers don't lie. itunes downloads of all of U2's older albums experienced a huge spike after SOI was released and I'm pretty sure it's not because all these old U2 fans decided they wanted digital copies of albums they probably already own vinyls of.
  3. I normally use Angel of Harlem. A fun good vibes song
  4. one or ultra violet light
  5. Where The Streets Have No Name. They have quite a few songs that are equally good or that I might prefer, depending on the mood, but for an absolute U2-stranger it would deffinitely be this one.
  6. Every Breaking Wave (live version).......
  7. One
  8. Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For

Say what you will about what place you may think it has in their live set these days, but the album version is sublime and they've never been able to touch it live unfortunately.
  9. All I Want Is You

It sounds incredible on a good pair of headphones.
  11. really depends on the person you´re playing the song to.

but if i´d have to chose - i´d either go for "Stateless" or "Mercy" (only the leaked version tho)
